Return On Investment (ROI) Program Overview
The State of Iowa uses the Return On Investment (ROI) Program to evaluate Information Technology (IT) projects and expenditures. Since state fiscal year 2001, the program has been used to evaluate IT projects. Click here to view a description of the program.
