Infrastructure Services administration manages the activities of the Mainframe Data Center (including the personnel at the IWD data center), Server Hosting, Networking, Security, Desktop Support, and Help Desk providing high quality IT (information technology) consulting, processing, storage, and related services to Iowa governmental agencies.
