Application and E-Government Services

Application and E-Government Services is available to work with you to meet your specific business goals by creating technology solutions including Client/Server applications and Web-based applications.

Application Development

Complete services are available for the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of computer applications in a variety of languages and platforms. Some off-the-shelf capabilities and services we can provide include: user authentication and authorization services, electronic payment, and database design and support. We offer planning services such as consulting, requirements gathering, business process analysis, project management, screen design and quality assurance / software testing to ensure that the agency is always in control and meeting its goals. These artifacts are portable and can feed subsequent technical development using internal resources, a third-party or ITE-provided resources. We can help you avoid the "golden handcuffs" that many vendors create around business knowledge. Our PC-and web-development platforms include components that "snap" together quickly and effectively to handle common application needs, such as account management and electronic payment processing.
