What is a Managed Solution?
Managed solutions are for those Customers
who want turnkey database support. With a managed solution, ITE manages
and maintains all aspects of your database, beginning from help with
development all the way to production. ITE ensures your database
performs as designed. Managed solutions are offered on MySQL, SQL
Server 2000 and DB2 platforms and are available on both mainframe
databases (IDMS and CA Relational).

stage of your project and our support continues through the life-cycle
